DIMENSIONS OF LOVE
•PASSION : There is no love if it cannot be expressed in passion. Passion is desire or enthusiasm for something or someone. Compelling desire.
The prove that you are passionate about someone or something is pursuit. When u love something you pursue it. Psalm 8:3. In pursuing God you must be able to throw shame down.
• COMMITMENT. commitment is the willingness to give your time, yourself, your energy to something or someone you believe. A state or quality of been dedicated. An engagement or obligation to someone or something that restrict freedom of action. Irrespective of what you are going through, you won't deny JESUS.
•PLEASURE: it means Delight, gratification. The satisfaction derived from what is to ones likening. Psalm 16:11. Irrespective the challenges you are facing in your work with God, you must derive pleasure. The same thing is applicable to our relationships. "Your pursuit for everything must make you laugh one day". Are you deriving satisfaction from your pursuit.
•SACRIFICE : Giving up something you consider valuable for the sake of someone or a better cause.
Is sacrifice involve in your service with God, commitment to your growth both physically and spiritually. Is there any sacrifices for your home? The sacrifices to pray during the night. A true shepherd lays down. What are you laying down for your wife, husband, children, those in need, the body of Christ. Ephesian3:18. When you look at the passion of God towards us, we should understand what it caused HIM to give his only begotten us...
